Kristopher Armstrong is a hands-on coastal real estate developer with over a decade of experience in real estate and the past seven years focused primarily on development. As Co-Founder and Principal Developer of Crown Point Equities, he leads every project from acquisition through completion—managing site selection, entitlements, design coordination, construction, and final delivery. With over 25,400 square feet of coastal assets currently owned or under management, Kristopher is driving a growing pipeline that will reach more than 53,000 square feet of completed coastal development by 2027. Once delivered, this portfolio will represent over $27 million in coastal assets, underscoring the firm’s continued expansion across San Diego and Florida’s Gulf Coast. Known for his builder’s mindset and A-to-Z approach, Kristopher works directly with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term value. His on-site involvement—from framing walkthroughs to lender coordination—demonstrates his commitment to delivering design-forward, high-quality coastal housing that blends craftsmanship with strong investment performance.

Daniel Passov leads operations, underwriting, and investor relations at Crown Point Equities. With a strong background in financial analysis and deal structuring, he ensures each project is capitalized, managed, and executed with transparency and strategic discipline. Daniel oversees capital relationships, investor reporting, and asset performance, aligning financing and construction milestones with market dynamics. His analytical and systems-driven approach supports CPEQ’s continued growth—expanding the firm’s coastal portfolio to more than $27 million in assets through 53,000 square feet of new development planned by 2027. Together, Kristopher and Daniel combine hands-on development expertise with financial precision, driving Crown Point Equities’ mission to design, build, and deliver exceptional coastal communities.
